YOU ARE YOU
All
will scar you,
All
will belittle you,
All
will try to use the better you.
Some
will mock you,
Some
will taunt you,
Some
will even giggle out the real you.
Some
will even push you in public,
Causing
your esteem and self-love dwindling.
You’ll
ask you, “Are they right?
Are
you worthless? Are they bright!
Are
they unique? Are they all!
And
you are all just made to crawl!!”
They’ll
praise you when they are in mood.
While
at times they may raise their hood.
Don’t
you fly high with those flatteries.
Don’t
you doom done in their irony.
Praise
you, scold you, hug you tight,
You’ve
sundry things to be right.
Love
you, correct you encourage yourself,
‘Cause
none but you can embrace yourself.
Live
your life to the highest limit,
Don’t
you endure and choose to be timid.
You
too deserve the best of all,
You
may be a genius beneath those trolls.
Bring
out the best in what you do,
‘Cause
you are none, but YOU ARE YOU!!!:)
